is that video game programming you

Through my life I have played video games and several of them. But nothing is like playing an action game like Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto. I have been surrounded by violence my whole life, but not just with video games. My father was a man that did things that you couldn't even imagine you dad doing, but I wont go into that. He had to be the most intimidating person that I have ever encountered. Ever since I was little he has made me do push-ups, sit-ups, and boxing. We would always watch action movies together and talk about fighting and he taught me how to fight and protect myself. What I'm trying to get at is the fact that movies, video games, action hero’s, and my father has encourage me to be tough and violent, but I’m probably one of the most relax and passive persons that you have ever met. I have never resorted to violence in my life I chose not to. Violent video games and movies don't kill people, people kill people. A person makes the choice to go out and kill or hurt someone not the video game. You have to be realistic video games are something that is fictional and is taking place on a television. Only the people that are unstable or ''nuts'' make these stupid decisions to go out and try and reenact what they saw in a movie or played in a game.

I agree with John Misak about the case over violent video games. I also agree that young children should not play video games that are not suitable for them. That’s why they the symbol M big on the cover of violent games, which stands for mature. Its just like a kid trying to see a R rated movie they would get ID, the clerk would see that they are underage and ask them to leave or see a different movie. Kids are not allowed to by these video games, their parents do. They allow them to play video games that are too much for their young eyes. If you don't want your kids playing these mature video games then don't buy them! It’s that simple, people need to understand that video games are not the cause of kids being violent; it’s the parents raising them.
